I’ve handled all aspects of grant management and can help you through a portion or the complete grant cycle. My process includes helping you develop or hone your programmatic initiatives to put forth the strongest request. To keep everything on track, I create a grants calendar and pipeline to meet deadlines and forecast revenue. I conduct necessary research including from your partners and stakeholders, if applicable. I can create budgets, write full grant applications, or edit your existing proposals.

Upon successful funding, I can create tracking databases to make sure benchmarks are achieved and expenses are within budget parameters. I can also complete final reports that help secure future funds.
